Falcon Point Resident's Club
Pflugerville, Texas - Kelly Lane

This new Amenity Center for a 1500 home subdivision is comprised of three distinct components. First, a 2200 square foot open air pavilion. Second, a pool bath house with showers and changing areas. And third, an Activity Center that houses a large community room, offices, fitness center and kitchen serving area. The project is situated within the context of several recreational features - lap pool and play pool, playground, tennis courts, sand volleyball court and several recreational fields. Because of the original farmlands that gave birth to this new subdivision, the concept was adapted to reflect an agrarian character through the architecture. The amenity center takes on a linear configuration of loosely composed farm-like structures that are connected by porches, connecting walkways and identifying towers. The final result is a contemporary like collection of farm structures that appear to have been built over an extended period of time.
