• SITE/SUSTAINABLE
Our projects are site specific. They are an attempt to be in harmony with their physical, cultural & historical surroundings. The relationship between the architecture and its site results in an organic response that helps to nourish healthy and balanced environments that recall the traditions of sustainable practices.

  • REGIONAL/MATERIALS
Our projects use materials and distinctive details to create places that are well crafted and engrained in their place. They recall the traditions of material usage that create regional environments. Battered sandstone walls that merge with rim-rock outcroppings, rustic wood trusses spanning expansive light filled spaces, hardened mesquite floors rooted underfoot and natural standing seam metal roofs characterize our projects as they recall a regional vernacular design.

  • SENSE OF PLACE/LIFESTYLE
Our projects are program specific with careful attention given to the clients needs, wishes and dreams. It is our concern to listen carefully and respond to our clients requirements. Such a response leads to a design that embodies their needs and creates a special environment that reflects their life stories. The final creation is a memorable and pleasing sense of place.
