Oakwood Office Condominium

Four single story office buildings of 6250 square feet each. The design of the buildings and their layout on the site is totally dictated by attempting to retain as many trees as possible and by respecting the natural contours. Providing adequate parking and locating it in close proximity to major access points was also a critical design response. The architectural exteriors are characterized by regional materials of local sandstone, stucco, rough sawn wood trellis members, metal roofs and native landscape materials. The aesthetic impact of the buildings is an intimate sense of scale with a strong vernacular of shapes and forms.
